This will be a more informal gathering in Tiruvannamalai, India from 3rd January until 15th.
The intention here is to offer a space of coming together, to provide an accessible community space grounded in practice as the basis for your own adventure in this remarkable Holy place, its ashrams, its temples, its teachers, its food and of course the undeniable power of the Holy mountain Arunachala.
Coming to Tiru alone can be a powerful transformative experience and I relish the opportunity for us to experience that together as a community…
Practice
At present I don’t have an exact venue to give classes. I will be only able to secure that when I get to India in the autumn. It may be a shala, it may be a rooftop... whatever it is, this trip will be sure to be one you carry with you as a deep experience to remember for years to come.
Spaces will be limited to 20 participants. Successful applications will be secured with a small deposit and I will accept your generous donations in exchange for my offerings. A portion of all contributions will be donated to a charitable project supporting street children in Peru.
Accommodation
Participants will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation and meals. Fortunately Tiruvannamalai offers a wealth of possibilities, from simple ashrams and guesthouses to homestays, apartments, and more comfortable hotels. There is something to suit every taste and budget.
